Website launches often become stressful because important checks are left until the final hour. A simple launch process gives a small team clear ownership and catches issues before customers find them.
Confirm the content and conversion path
Review every headline, service description, price, address, contact detail, and legal link. Test the primary call to action from the homepage through the confirmation message. Form notifications should reach the correct inbox, and submitted leads should also be stored safely in the website or CRM.
Test the experience, not only the pages
Check navigation, buttons, forms, downloads, search, and error states on a real phone as well as a desktop. Confirm that text remains readable, controls are easy to tap, keyboard focus is visible, and images do not cause the page to jump while loading.
Prepare the technical handoff
Verify the domain, HTTPS, redirects, backups, analytics, search indexing, page titles, descriptions, and social sharing images. Record who owns the domain, hosting, email delivery, and third-party accounts so future changes do not depend on one person.
After launch, monitor forms, error logs, speed, and analytics for several days. A launch is not the end of the project; it is the first opportunity to compare assumptions with real visitor behavior.
